Yoli makes a heat and massage eye mask built around a guided dry eye therapy program. There was no email infrastructure in place to support that, and we built a program from the ground up that would grow with them as they scale.

THE CHALLENGE

A product built around a routine, with no system to support it.

Yoli's eye mask is meant to be used regularly, which means retention and habit-building matter more than a typical one-time purchase. But there was no email program at all to support ongoing use or educate on the product.

Research

First we studied how customers actually use the eye mask day-to-day: how often, what keeps a routine going, and where people tend to drop off.

Architect

Then we set up the account from scratch and mapped a full flow suite: welcome series, usage and routine-building flows, replenishment reminders timed to actual product lifespan, and a win-back sequence for anyone who'd gone quiet.

Build

Built and launched the complete flow system, giving Yoli retention infrastructure for the first time.
